I'm rather bad at writing these blog posts on time now! So, to get everything up-to-date:
- Merry Christmas!
- Happy 2014!
- Still interning
- Exams coming up
- Coursework deadlines got hectic in December
- Zendir 2's final edition finished and released
- Now a Freelance Graphic Designer
- Now a Web Developer
- Many things happened at the end of 2013
- 2014 looks to be decisive toward 2015

So that's it: depending on how things go this year, whatever happens will greatly affect the events that unfold in 2015. Should things go awry or should things become too stressful to manage, I've been looking into additional projects with which to make my hobbies. This is because the hobbies I once had have been honed to such an extent they are now monetizable. As in, I can make money from them. So now, I need to find something new I'm not so skilled at, yet can enjoy as a free-time activity.
One of the things I've been looking into is Youtube gameplay videos. The problem with this is that Youtube have had issues with their copyright claims lately, which has deterred me. Additionally, I never reveal my voice online so commentaries will be very hard for me to do unless I can find someone else to do them. This may end up odd, though. Minecraft is obviously the most popular game to make videos of at the moment (and to stream, now they've added twitch.tv integration) - Stampylonghead is one of the most popular players. I will reveal why.
Stampylonghead is another Minecraftian in a long list of Minecraftians, such as Captainsparklez. However, the main difference between Stampy and many others is that his commentary is so upbeat and enthusiastic, he can make even the most mundane tasks seem enjoyable. He invents games to play, he is happy about everything in the game and very rarely do we hear negative comments about the world around himself - he radiates a positivity that few can hope to match. Meanwhile, Captainsparklez is a very good Hunger Games player who wins most of the games he plays. He takes part in some of the most famous servers to vanquish his foes, and videos himself doing so. These are fun to watch as he zips around the battlefield with the best equipment there is - found on the map - to offer.
In any case, this has taught me that if I want to have a social personality, I have to be enthusiastic and happy about most things, instead of complaining about little things, for example. People are naturally attracted to nice things, after all.
Like Christmas.
Christmas is nice.
